FEMA Recovery Division interim policy on Temporary Housing Unit Sales to
Occupants (Recovery Interim 9455.2).  (DRAFT)

This policy establishes the method and conditions for selling temporary
housing units purchased and provided in support of a Presidentially
declared emergency or major disaster at a fair and equitable price directly
to eligible individuals and households occupying the units.

Temporary Housing Unit Residents will need to contact FEMA for further details/actual application.

Sample Calculation: Trailer with a $13,000 acquisition value, after 18 months of usage, could possibly be purchased for $484.80.
